Not all is hunky-dory on Mallika Sherawat's reality show. A contestant is now accusing the actress of faking her emotions

Is Mallika's show 'The Bachelorette' just a sham?

Twenty-two-year-old Bikramjit Singh Kohli harboured dreams of dating Mallika Sherawat, but after making his way into the reality dating gameshow, The Bachelorette, he apparently got unceremoniously dumped by the makers. And that too he alleges after making a mockery of himself on the reality show.

Mallika has left no stone unturned to promote her show that invites men of all ages to woo her on primetime television. But Kohli says it has turned out to be a nightmare. Not only does he accuse the makers of duping him, he also alleges that Mallika Sherawat had to resort to the tried-and-tested glycerine in order to appear crying on the show.

A miffed Kohli adds that he was booted off the show during the very first episode. He says, “I was the winner on one of the TV shows. I was asked to write Mallika’s name with a pen on my arm. However, Mallika and the others pretended as if I had carved her name with a knife. The actress had to take help of glycerine to show she was overwhelmed with emotions as she just couldn’t get the shot right.”

Kohli was then shown the door, but only after the makers promised to get him back through a wild card entry. “But I don’t want to go back. People are calling me a psycho now,” states Kohli. An official from the channel rubbishes Kohli’s allegations and says, “The show is based on an international format and doing anything on the lines of this would be a breach of contract. Initially, we were supposed to eliminate certain number of contestants over the first few episodes but we decided to let him go during the first episode itself.”
