The situation has always been chaotic at these junction stations, however, the authorities seem to be asleep while the ticket-paying commuter suffers everyday.
Fights among passengers are so common that one gets used to such incidents. But this must end.
The Railways must come up with a solution to this problem, and the earlier they start thinking about it, the better.u00a0
Borivli is one of the most crowded stations, as people from Malad, Kandivli are forced to make return trips just to get a seat during peak hours.
In fact, even commuters from Dahisar and Mira Road travel all the way to Borivili to board the train.
The trains running from platform no 7 and 8 during peak hours are an utter waste of resources.
It seems the Railways has not given any thought before planning the schedule, and its an inconvenience to passengers.
why can't the Railways sort this issue once and for all. Commuters are harassed for space and have to literally fight with each other for standing room, almost everyday.
The number of passengers have been increasing steadily, however the Railways has not been able to provide adequate services. In addition, to the chaos, frequent cancellation of trains during peak hours, only adds to the problems. Please sort this out at the earliest.

THE Railways should be ashamed at the pathetic services that are offered to commuters. Every single day, trains are either cancelled at the last moment, or are delayed by an hour or so.
Thisu00a0u00a0 is caused primarily by the inefficiency of the Railway staff and nothing else.
The lethargic attitude of the staff causes headaches for passengers everyday, but none of these staffers are ever moved by their plight.
The only solution is to privatise the railways. Only then will things shape up.
