Panaji: The Goa Police yesterday received anonymous letter purportedly signed by ISIS threatening to kill Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar.

According to reports, the name of the ISIS was written at the bottom of the postcard expressing anguish over ban on cow slaughter in the country.

The letter has been circulated to all the police stations in the state and handed over the case to the Anti-terrorism Squad (ATS).
The Goa police are investigating the letter and are trying to find its source.
