Commuters speak
Kalpana Ramchandra Holkar said, "My sister is physically challenged. Despite pleading with the drivers to ferry us, they never agree. On a daily basis, we waste a minimum of 30 minutes before we get an auto."


Hyatudin Shaikh said, "These drivers lack respect for the elderly. It has become next to impossible to find an auto that is ready to ferry me to my residence at PMG Colony."

Bandhu Ramchandra Chavan: "Since I operate on a sharing basis, I don't ply passengers by meter."


Naseerudin Sheikh: "How come it's my fault if the vehicle has developed a technical snag? You are wasting my precious time."

Shri Jakhprasad Yadav: "I had to drop my relative to a clinic in this area and was waiting for him to return. Hence I refused the fare."

Chandrakala Sawant said, "Being a flower vendor, I always have some luggage with me. Most of the drivers refuse me, stating that the luggage is too heavy for their vehicle."
