"We are happy to finally share the good news with everyone. 30th April 2016 is the big day and we cannot thank our family, friends, fans and well wishers enough for all their love and support. The wedding will be a private intimate affair. Our deepest gratitude for respecting our privacy this far. We hope to have your continued blessings and warm wishes as we embark on this new journey together."
Earlier in the day, Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra confirmed Bipasha and Karan's impending wedding by taking to Twitter to congratulate the couple. (Here's what she tweeted)
Bipasha and Karan began dating after starring in 2015 horror film 'Alone'. This is the 'Jism' star's first marriage and the 'Hate Story 3' actor's third.
Karan was first married to TV actress Shraddha Nigam and then to Jennifer Winget.
