An Italian footballer, who was banned for five matches for urinating towards rival fans, will appeal the decision claiming he didn't do it. Midfielder Giovanni Liberti, 21, who plays for Serie D side FC Turris, has denied any offence during last Sunday's game against rivals Sarnese.

Liberti allegedly urinated in the direction of the away stand and made obscene gestures. But club president Antonio Colantonio said: "Our player has absolutely not done what is alleged. The visiting club has confirmed to us that our player didn't do."

We're confused. So, did he pee or no?
