The woman - who has not been identified- married the man who is 10 years older than her in 2006, The Daily Telegraph reported.

They split up last year and the woman began legal proceedings.

In the agreement, her husband is named as her master and it indicates that she would be a 'slave' to her spouse.

Against the accusation of physical abuse, her husband, a property manager, has argued that activities were consensual and she had signed the pact willingly.

She had signed it when she was 24 years old and he was her boyfriend.

The agreement lists there were two ways for the woman to ask her husband to stop during their activities - by either saying the safe word Mario or banging her hand three times against the nearest surface.

“The slave agrees to obey and to offer herself for the satisfaction of the desires of her master,” the newspaper quoted the document as stating.

“The slave agrees to place her body at her master's disposition, to be used at his pleasure.

There is also a list of activities that the husband can not do including marking his wife.u00a0
