What’s a saheb without his pagdi! Jimmy Sheirgill who will be reprising his role as the saheb in Tigmanshu Dhulia’s Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster will be sporting a headgear that is 72-years-old.
Incidentally, Jimmy’s pagdi originally belonged to the King of Jaipur.
A source from the production unit says, “While sorting out the locations and the props for the film, the production crew got hold of an old pagdi, which is said to be 72-years-old. Tigmanshu thought it would be apt for Jimmy’s character and it was used throughout the film.”
The team also shot at various historic palaces across Rajasthan to give an authentic look to the costume drama.
