Joga Bonito won beat Sparctus Goa 3-0 in the summit clash to lift the Mini football Association of India and Uncle's Kitchen United-organised Mayor's Cup six-a-side football title at the Saraf College ground in Malad over the weekend.
Daniel Fernandes scored a brace while Merwyn Estibeiro added the third goal for Joga Bonito. Fernandes was adjudged best player of the tournament and was also called up to attend a selection trials to represent the Indian team that will participate in the Asia Mini Football Championships to be held later this year in Pune. Joga Bonito were awarded a cash prize of Rs 50,000, while Sparctus received Rs 30,000.
