The 20-year-old pop star and 18-year-old model, daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin, have previously said they're friends, reported E! online.
The duo were pictured making an exit from Bowery Meat Company, a steakhouse in New York City's East Village. This comes after they were seen going out for dinner on Friday for Chinese food following the Christmas holiday.
The two even coordinated in all-black ensembles with leather garments mixed in.
