Pregnant reality TV star Kim Kardashian believes that she and her rapper boyfriend Kanye West deal with their personal lives much differently in the public eye.
The 32-year-old 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star is expecting her first child with West and her delivery is scheduled in July, reported Huffington Post. "I'm definitely more of a recluse since I was pregnant.

But I haven't necessarily decided to hold myself back, it's just preparing myself for respecting the privacy of my child and my boyfriend," Kardashian said. On her boyfriend, she said, "We live different lives, but I love being open.
That's who I've always been. That will never change because that is who I am." Although, Kardashian is worried about raising her child in the spotlight. "It does worry me when I think about it," she added.
