While an official confirmation is awaited, reports of the actor exploring his options had hit headlines post the release of Kaabil.
That Kwan is in the same Andheri building that houses the Roshans' production office could have also fuelled the decision. Incidentally, Hrithik collaborated with Exceed for his clothing brand too. The move may hamper that partnership.
