Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) is going to announce the SSLC class 10th exam result 2015 at 3 PM today. The Karnataka SSLC result 2015, also known as the Karnataka class 10th result 2015 is very important for Karnataka students as this is the Karnataka class 10th result which helps a student to decide in which stream like Arts / Commerce / Science to pursue the Plus Two (+2) i.e. class 12th education in schools across the state.

In the year 2014, approximately 8.26 lacs students appeared in the SSLC 10th class examination and 41,269 candidates were found repeating the examination. It’s been recorded that overall 7.26 lacs students were applying freshly for the first time and the private students were 21,670 in count. Approximately about 8 lacs students had written their papers of SSLC 2014 examination and every year the ratio of failed candidates is diminishing, which is taken to be a positive aspect. The results for SSLC class 10th examinations were announced on 8th May 2014. 

Every year the importance of the board examination is increasing and hence divisional offices of the board have been set up in order to decentralize the students. The board also conducts supplementary examination for the failed candidates of the examinations of March in June month of the year. 

The board was established with the main purpose of inculcating education in the students. Class 10th and 12th play a significant role in the life of a student and hence builds a reputed career for them. For instance, after class 10th students are offered with various choices in different streams. There are three different streams science, commerce, and arts. There are different subjects under these streams. Students opting for commerce stream can go for subjects such as chartered accountant, B.com (P), B.com (H) and many more. Science stream further divided into science and non-medical subjects. Non-medical subjects include engineering degree and many more. Science subjects include biology, botany and many more.
