'Rock of Ages' director Adam Shankman has said that his two good friends Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise are "incredibly happy" since they got divorced.
Shankman, 48, is impressed by how well Holmes and Cruise are getting along following the failure of their union, the Herald Sun reported.

The former couple officially divorced last year after six years of marriage and they share six-year-old daughter Suri together. u00a0Co-parenting doesn’t seem to be a contentious issue between them.
“They are incredibly happy. I’ve just been emailing with him. He’s coming back. He’s shooting [All You Need Is Kill] in London and seems as happy as a clam. I know he sees his daughter,” Shankman told Us magazine.
Although Suri lives with her mother in New York City, Cruise regularly has extended visits with his daughter all around the world. u00a0Most recently they spent about a week hanging out with each other in the United Kingdom.
The filmmaker is happy to see that Holmes and Cruise battled their way through the media furore surrounding their breakup.u00a0Although it is widely reported that the ‘Batman Begins’ actress has been enjoying life as a single woman in the Big Apple, it appears that she is ready to put herself on the market once again.
Still, the 34-year-old doesn’t want to get too intimately involved with a man.u00a0
