It is one thing to let your nine-year-old son drive a Ferrari, but it’s another to upload the video on YouTube and expect to get away with it. A father uploaded a video of his son driving a Ferrari F 430 yesterday.
This act has caused widespread outrage, and he has, of course, has been booked.
Mohammed Nisham was booked under the Juvenile Justice Act and Motor Vehicles act after the video went viral.
Peramangalam police immediately summoned Nisham yesterday to explain about allowing his minor son to drive the Italian vehicle.
Nisham has been booked under Section 23 of the JJ act for encouraging underage driving and under the MV act for allowing an unlicensed child drive a vehicle.
