About 30 parents created a ruckus at Sardar Dastur Boys School claiming their children were deliberately detained by the school in Std IX. Parents alleged theu00a0 teachers tortured their children by hitting them and they
were failed as they had complained against these teachers.
The parents forced officials from the Zilla Parishad to re-check the answer scripts of the students. The report is expected after two days. Lily Patel, principal of the school, said: "We had been trying to inform the parents since the start that the students were weak in studies. The results are accurate and not prejudiced," she said.
