Reality TV star Kim Kardashian is reportedly suing a plastic surgeon in Mexico for using her image on a billboard promoting his work.

Dr Victor Ramirez has a picture of Kardashian in a bikini on an advertisement along with a message saying "Don't risk your beauty or your health", reported TMZ Online.
"Obviously I did not speak to Kim Kardashian. I do not have her number," Ramirez said. Kardashian has put her lawyers on the case and they are said to be discussing their course of action.
Although the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star has admitted to trying Botox in the past, she previously said she would think carefully before having plastic surgery.
"I don't worry about ageing. I might consider a 'lift' but women in Los Angles go too far. I don't want to end up with big puffy lips and a scary stretched-back face," she said.
