Kirti Kulhari's look in Madhur Bhandarkar's upcoming film, Indu Sarkar, which is set in the '70s, has been inspired by the styling of the actresses of that era. Make up man Vikram Gaikwad and costume designer Amrita Sarkar drew inspiration from Zahida and Priya Rajvansh.

Says Kriti, "It's something that Madhur's team had researched and I had to pretty much follow it. But, for me, the way my character has to look in every scene is important and I always add my own inputs and understanding to it. I loved looking like a '70s woman. In fact, I felt like a different person altogether."
