Indian captain Virat Kohli and his teammates decide to take time off from the cricket field and take a trip to rejuvenate themselves following their loss to Australia in the first Test in Pune.

India showed below-par performance in Pune and lost to the visitors by a huge margin of 333 runs in a match that ended in just 3 days.

However, Virat Kohli and his teammates decided to go on a trek in order to regroup after their huge loss.

Kohli took to Instagram to post a picture in which he is seen admiring nature's beauty from atop a hill. He captioned the photo: 'Everyday is a blessing and an opportunity. Be grateful and keep moving ahead.'

His teammates and Indian star spinners Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja also took to the photo sharing website to share pictures.

Jadeja posted quite a cool picture with the Indian flag by his side.

It seems like the Indian cricket team have done some major introspection and plan to be ready to take on Australia in the second Test in Bengaluru beginning on March 4.
