Kolkata Knight Riders star batsman Manish Pandey was on fire during their IPL 2017 match against Mumbai Indians on Sunday at the Wankhede Stadium.


His team was in trouble with the score reading 48/4 at one point, but the Karnataka lad hit a swashbuckling 47-ball 81 to help KKR recover and post a defendable 178/7. The right-hander clobbered two sixes and as many fours off Mumbai pacer Mitchell McClenaghan in the last over of their innings, milking the Kiwi for 23 runs in that single over. Pandey also achieved a are record in IPL by scoring 18 runs in just two legal deliveries.
