New Delhi: Former Indian Premier League commissioner Lalit Modi accused Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni of being involved in the cover-up of incidents.
Modi was speaking to CNN-IBN after the Supreme Court appointed Justice Mudgal Committee report, probing the betting and spot-fixing scandal was submitted to the apex court.
"Dhoni is also involved in the cover-up," Modi said during the interview from London. It was claimed that Meiyappan had nothing to do with cricketing affairs of CSK.
Besides accusing Dhoni of cover-up, Modi asked for life ban of BCCI president N Srinivasan and scrapping of CSK from IPL.
"Srinivasan has brought disrepute to the game, he should be banned from entering any sport and it's high time this man is banned from the BCCI," said Modi.
