Denmark’s tennis ace Caroline Wozniacki yesterday took an indirect dig at her ex-boyfriend and golfer Rory McIlroy on social media.

Wozniacki, who is currently in Istanbul to participate in a WTA event there, took some time off court to go out
shopping with her friend Marta Domachowska, and later posted a picture of the two on her Instagram account with the caption: “Out and about in Istanbul. It’s been 3 years since I have worn heels on a normal day out. #feelsgood #looksgood #shopping #highheels #sun.”

Coincidentally, Wozniacki was with McIlroy for three years before the golfer suddenly called off their engagement earlier this year.
The couple’s wedding invites had already been sent out too before McIlroy decided to change his mind. Former World No 1 Wozniacki is 1.79m (5 ft, 10.5 inches) tall, while McIlroy is said to be 1.75m (5 ft, 9 inches) in height.
