The entire Gokuldham society is waiting with bated breath for Gogi (Samay Shah) to get done with his 10th board exams.

Gogi, who is prepared for the exams, is under pressure to perform well to join Tapu Sena in MK Gandhi College, making it important for him to score more than 80 percent. As the date for Gogi's exams approach the entire society visits him to wish him luck and get him gifts like pens, writing board etc asking him to study well.

Gogi, who is put under immense pressure due to the expectations set for him and also the impending exams, decides not to appear for them. He locks himself up in his room and refuses to get out despite being persuaded by Mr Sodhi (Gurucharan Singh) and Roshan (Dilkhush Rautewala). Gogi tells his parents that he cannot stand the pressure of scoring well in his exams and isn’t sure about his performance and hence decided to skip the exams. Sodhi and Roshan summon the other Gokuldham society members in a bid to convince him to rethink his decision.

Gurucharan Singh who plays Mr Sodhi in SAB TV’s 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' said, “In the show, Gogi informs his parents that he does not want to appear for his board exams. We try to do our best to convince him to change his decision. In reality too children nowadays are under tremendous pressure to perform well academically and this somewhere takes a toll on them. As parents it is our responsibility to understand them better and counsel them wherever the need arises. Now we just have to wait and watch if Gogi comes out of his shell and gets convinced.”
