According to Guy's attorney Peter Bronstein, the "Rebel Heart" hitmaker and her ex-husband haven't reached a final deal yet, reported New York Post.

Madonna and Guy were originally expected to be in court yesterday for a tentatively scheduled hearing over Rocco's living arrangements.

However, the hearing was postponed until June 14. "The fat lady has not sung," Peter said. "We're close. The case is not settled but we're very hopeful. Hopefully whatever issues remain will be resolved."

On Tuesday, Rocco was spotted grabbing coffee with some friends in Manhattan before heading to Madonna's home.

He was seen grinning and laughing during the outing. The night before, Rocco went to see Broadway show "Sleep No More" with Madonna and his sister Lourdes Leon. The trio were clad in white masks.

According to Guy's lawyer, Rocco "is visiting his mother as we speak in New York," but the trip was not part of the pending settlement agreement. It was rather "worked out among
the family," Peter

Madonna's representative hasn't commented on the issue yet.
