Infamous for tantrums on set, Karan Patel couldn't resist throwing a fit at reel wife Divyanka Tripathi's post-wedding party
After a grand wedding and reception in their respective hometowns, Bhopal and Chandigarh, telly actors Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya hosted a big bash for small screen industry folk at an Andheri hotspot on Thursday.

But, what's a celebrity party without some drama? That aspect was taken care of by Karan Patel, Divyanka's co-star from Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, who played spoilsport at the celebration.
Karan arrived with wife, actress Ankita Bhargava, and in-laws for the cocktail party. Incidentally, the couple's wedding reception last year was held at the same venue.

While Ankita seemed nostalgic, Karan was sulking — as always. When mediapersons gathered outside the venue approached him for a byte, he walked away angrily and after much hide-and-seek, he gave in.
A source says, "Karan went out to buy cigarettes and was not in the mood to talk to the media, who were hounding him with boom mikes and chasing his car."

Barring this, the party was high on happiness. Divyanka and Vivek set the tone by hitting the dance floor with a romantic performance. They managed to match their steps, as if they had rehearsed it.
Jeetendra arrived with Shobha Kapoor and blessed the newlyweds. Producer Ekta Kapoor made a fashionably late entry. The entire cast of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein was present at the do, including Raj Singh Arora who came with his girlfriend Pooja Gor, and Anita Hassanandani walked in with hubby, Rohit Reddy.

Vahbbiz Dorabjee arrived without actor-husband Vivian Dsena. Deepika Singh, Rati Pandey, Arjun Bijlani, Mouni Roy, Aneri Vajani, Srishty Rode and Annuraag Sharrma were also part of the party.
