Following her diagnosis in 2015, the 45-year-old actress has been publicly documenting her emotional journey as she undergoes treatment.
Last week she posted six photographs showing the process of shaving her head, and she has now released a new picture.
Alongside the poignant picture of herself with a shaven head, she wrote: "Thank you to these three who helped me thru an impossibly tough day and continue to be there every minute supporting and loving me.

Doherty previously said that she was "continuing to eat right, exercise, and stay very positive about my life", adding that she is "thankful to my family, friends, and doctors for their support, and of course, my fans who have stood by me".
The former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star was first diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2015, but doctors apparently told her that it spread during 2014, when she was uninsured and unable to be checked.
