Former World No. 1 tennis player Caroline Wozniacki has a bit of a stomach problem. Well, not literally, but the Danish tennis ace does not like anyone or anything touching her belly button or navel.

In a recently released snippet of her body painting photoshoot for the Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Edition, Wozniacki is seen very uncomfortable as the airbrush is used around her midriff.

"They are about to spray straight into my navel, so I have a slight panic attack every time they go over my belly button," Wozniacki says in the clip.
"It's always been a thing. Like I don't touch my belly button. That's something nobody knows about me," she added.
