London: Three days after British tabloid The Sun reported former Australia leg-spinner Shane Warne's tryst with lingerie manufacturer Michelle Mone, his ex-girlfriend Liz Hurley has retaliated.

On Tuesday, Warne confirmed his break-up with Hurley to an Australian TV channel, and yesterday the actress posted a Planet Of The Apes photo with Warne lookalike Charlton Heston kissing Zira, one of the apes from the 1968 Holywood flick.

Alongside the picture, Hurley wrote 'No accounting for taste,' in obvious reference to the Warne-Mone affair.

Hurley immediately received reactions from her followers, with many claiming Heston and Warne looked very similar.
One of Hurley's followers wrote: "hahaha I see what you did there @elizabethhurley1,". Another posted: "S**t..thought that was Warnie for a minute..pheww!"
