Sydney: Bec Hewitt, the wife of former World No. 1 tennis player Lleyton Hewitt, has been named as the Christmas Ambassador for Barbie along with her youngest daughter Ava (6).

Speaking to Fairfax Media, Bec admitted not being at ease with all media work associated with the announcement. "I'm settled now, the kids are all in school but I'm really nervous. It's been so many years since I've done talk shows and press.
But then, I remembered this is what my kids have been doing for years, constantly moving and always being the new kids at school. Ava ropes all of them into playing and thinking of all the jobs she (Barbie) can have. Last week she was a soccer player and a pilot."
Ava (6) is the couple's third child. Mia (10) and Cruz (7) are the others.
Meanwhile, Lleyton and Bec have put their mansion in Sydney's Hills District up for sale. They bought the mansion around 10 years ago for $3 million. According to domain.com.au, the property has two tennis courts including one with an Australian Open-like Plexipave surface.
