Luis Suarez appears to be trying hard not to get into needless controversy.
After receiving the Football Writers Association footballer of the year award in the United Kingdom recently, the Uruguay striker was asked by the Daily Mirror newspaper whether he makes a conscious effort to turn his image around.
Suarez indicated that he is very careful of his image and didn’t want, in later years, his kids seeing videos of him on the Internet doing things that people shouldn't be doing. “I know when I started this season that if I (behave) then people can say nothing of myself because I am (an) easy guy outside of the pitch,” the Liverpool star said.
