Madhurima Tuli who is making her debut with 'Cigarette Ki Tarah' talks about her favourite actress and her upcoming projects
Tell us how you signed this film?
I did a short film for an NGO in Madhya Pradesh. I met an actor there who introduced me to the makers of Cigarette Ki Tarah. Initially I was a little apprehensive but when I heard the script and songs, I decided to do it.

Tell us something about your role?
I am playing Jessica in the film. She is bold and a beautiful girl from Goa. She hails from a rich background and is a bit arrogant. She has shades of grey in her character but she is a very nice girl at heart.
You have been doing television and films down south...
Yes, before Cigarrate Ki Tarah I did a Kannada film with Subhash Ghai’s production house, which is going to release in January. I have also done many ads on television and have been face of some reputed brands.
Since the film is releasing today, are you nervous?
After a lot of delays, my first film is seeing the daylight, I am happy and relieved and hopefully from here onwards, things will only be better for me.
What else is in the pipeline?
I have signed a film with a big producer but cannot talk about it right now. They will announce the project in January since the film is slated to release in February, March next year.
Who are your screen idols?
Madhuri Dixit! I have been her hardcore fan since I started seeing her films. She is a complete actor with a gorgeous smile.u00a0
