Maharashtra CM assures full cooperation to MSRDC in completing its projects

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has assured full cooperation to Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) in helping it complete its pending projects

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has assured full cooperation to Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) in helping it complete its pending projects including augmentation of the old Mumbai-Pune Highway, water transport project, Worli-Haji Ali Sea Link.


The meeting between the CM and the MSRDC officials that took place on Thursday also had senior officials from CM office. MSRDC officials also gave a presentation to the CM and discussed with him the pending MSRDC projects which require a final nod from the cabinet sub-committee on infrastructure headed by the CM.


An official, who was a part of the meeting, told mid-day that the CM has assured all possible help to MSRDC so that it can take up and complete the pending projects.


The proposal of constructing a bridge over the Vashi bridge parallel to the existing one was also discussed.

The government is also planning to give a nod to MSRDC for the formation of MSRDC International company so that it can take up projects related to the construction of roads.
