The International Cricket Council (ICC) may be in the initial phase of chalking out a World Test Championship, but the proposal seems to have already generated interest among international cricketers.
Seasoned Sri Lanka middle order batsman Mahela Jayawardene "endorsed" the concept.
"It is a good concept, provided all teams get the same kind of opportunity to play against each other home and away. Else, it's going to be very tough for you to gauge who is the best team in the world," Jayawardene said.
