The Spastics Society of India, now called ADAPT (Able Disabled All People Together), is back with its annual arts and crafts exhibition, titled I Can Bazaar.

The event, which was initiated by founder chairperson Dr Mithu Alur over 40 years ago to showcase the artistic talents of students with disabilities, is an exhibition-cum-sale of crafts designed and created by students and trainees (with and without disabilities) of ADAPT.

The three-day event’s opening day will also see a cultural programme by the students of ADAPT and Kamla High, the institution’s partner mainstream school and the presence of filmmaker Shyam Benegal who will felicitate Nagesh Kukunoor and Elahe Hiptoolla, who were ADAPT brand ambassadors at the Mumbai Marathon.

From February 7 to 9, 6 pm to 7 pm
At ADAPT, KC Marg, Bandra Reclamation.
