Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala): Appunny, manager of Malayalam actor Dileep has appeared before the Aluva Police club in Kerala's Ernakulum district on Monday.

He was served notice to appear for interrogation by the investigation team.
Earlier the High Court rejected the anticipatory bail of Appunny, and told him to subject himself for the interrogation in connection with abduction and assault of an actress in February this year.
The investigating team also interrogated actress and wife of actor Dileep, Kavya Madhavan in connection with the case.
Dileep was arrested on July 9 on conspiracy charges in connection with the Kerala actress kidnap case.
The two main accused - Sunil Kumar and Vigeesh - were brought to Coimbatore for evidence collection.
This came after a court of Aluva in Ernakulam district granted nine days police custody of the two accused.
A case of attempted rape has been filed after the actress was allegedly abducted and molested. The incident reportedly took place while the victim was returning from a shoot.x
