Kolkata: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Monday greeted Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan on his 50th birthday.

SRK is Bengal's brand ambassador and one of Banerjee's favourites for inaugurating mega-scale events, including the star-studded Kolkata International Film Festival.
Bringing the much-needed glam quotient to the state, SRK, co-owner of Indian Premier League squad Kolkata Knight Riders, is a frequent visitor to the city.
Banerjee has always extended a warm welcome to the star and his family when they visit Kolkata.
SRK is set to shoot a promotional video for West Bengal's tourism department.
