A 30-year-old man allegedly committed suicide inside a police station where he had gone to file a complaint against his wife and her alleged paramour, police said on Tuesday.
A 30-year-old man allegedly committed suicide inside a police station where he had gone to file a complaint against his wife and her alleged paramour, police said on Tuesday.
The incident took place in Vijay Vihar Police Station in outer Delhi last night, a senior police official said. The deceased has been identified as Vivek.

Vivek had gone to his village one and half months ago and came back yesterday, the official said. After reaching his home, he said, Vivek allegedly saw his wife with another man and an argument broke out between them.
"Vivek made a call to Police Control Room. A PCR van took Vivek to the police station besides asking his wife and the other person to reach the police station on their own," the official said.
Police took him to the station and the officials there got another call about a scuffle. According to police, they left Vivek there and went out to attend the second call. "When they returned they saw Vivek hanging from the ceiling," the official said. The body has been sent for post-mortem.
