Manoj Bajpayee and Rajkummar Rao were snapped with director Hansal Mehta on the sets of their upcoming film 'Aligarh'.

The film stars Manoj Bajpayee and Rajkummar Rao in lead roles. It is loosely based on the real-life incident of a gay professor, played by Bajpayee, who was terminated from his job because of his sexuality.
The shooting started in January-end in Bareilly and after a two-month schedule, ended in Mumbai in second week of April.
This is Rao's third film with Mehta after 'Shahid' and 'CityLights'.
'Aligarh' is scheduled to release later this year.
