In her upcoming memoir, Unstoppable: My Life So Far, the Russian tennis star has spoken of how shopping helps her beat stress.
"People think it's a glamorous life, and in a way, it is. It can also be confusing and lonely," she writes, according to The Daily Mail.
"You don't have to put off the healing balm of retail therapy. When you feel you need to see a psychologist, go out and buy a pair of shoes instead.
"If they're really great shoes, all your worries will evaporate," she added.
