So li'l Rameshwari, a Hanuman bhakt, got a maa in the form of Mohini, who her papa marries except, this one, came with baggage.
Her greedy mother Kokoi (Mukherji) moved in too, and her eye was on the khandaani daulat. The kiddo's troubles start when the witch (yup, that's this Sush's role) revealed her intentions for the child.

Enter a lean, mean tantrik Bhakshu (Sharma), who summons demons and evil spirits at will. The guy was at the witch's beck and call and together they made life a living hell for the bachchi.
Thankfully, this little girl had a friend called Maruti (her fav deity, Hanuman in human form), who looked out for her and made sure she came to no harm. But did she live happily ever after? Well the story's just begun. Kahaani abhi baaki hai, mere dost!
What's hot & what's NoT: This a live action-cum-animation flick. You don't see that happening very much in films where 'stars' can't really 'sell' the film.

Targetting tots that actually watch cartoons, the flick is hoping to cash in on the Hanuman hysteria in the animation world.
Also, the storyline is reminiscent of the Jai Santoshi Maa-type devotional potboilers. And so, the subject and setting is fairly familiar.
Adults will also relate to the premise. While the treatment is ordinary and the story itself commonplace, it is the over-the-top actors that really drag this one down.
