Friends is the kind of show that you can watch anytime, anywhere, any number of times, even when you know all the dialogues and punchlines already. It's the kind of show that will bring a smile to your face when you're feeling down in the dumps or when you feel like you don't have a plaa... in life (read it the way Phoebe says it!).
While we all love the hilarity of it all, the characters from the show have stolen our hearts too. As one of our favourite characters, Joey Tribbiani, aka Matt Leblanc, celebrates his 53rd birthday today, here's a look at all of the things he's said over the years that have made us chuckle.

1. "Joey doesn't share food!"
Well, who can ever forget this one? It's the stuff of t-shirt slogans, ya'll! The very fact that Joey says it in the third person is too adorable to ignore, isn't it?
2. "I'm curvy and I like it!"
Joey Tribbiani likes his sandwiches and he's always been chubby and we love him how he is! His self-confidence is something that has always made us feel good about ourselves.
3. "The fridge broke, so I had to eat everything."
Is there a better reason to eat all of the food? The fridge broke, so he was just trying to help, wasn't he?
4. "Occupation...? Dinosaurs."
If there's one person who could make fun of Ross Gellar and make it seem cute, it's Joey. Well, there's no better way to describe Ross' profession, is there?
5. "You don't own a TV? What's all your furniture pointed at?"
The simplest question there ever was. For Joey, his recliner... sorry, his Rosita, sandwiches and a huge TV are bare necessities. So if you don't have a TV, you don't get to be Joey's friend, get it!
6. "This is all just a moo point. Yeah, it's like a cow's opinion. It just doesn't matter. It's moo."
A moo moo here, and a moo moo there! While Joey got the 'moot' part wrong, whatever he said also made sense... kind of. Or maybe we just like him too much to point out that he's wrong.

Who else could pout like Joey and get away with it? He threw his share of tantrums in the show and we never liked him any less for it!
8. "I don't like it when people take food off my plate, okay?"
All you need to do is go back to point number one for this! And come to think of it, it is kind of gross when people just swipe food off your plate, isn't it?

Way to personify a part of your body! Granted, Joey Tribbiani wasn't the smartest of the lot, but none of that mattered when he could make you smile with his shenanigans.
