Apparently, the UP CM had visited the pavilion on third day of the fair an hour late. She was expected to reach at 11 in the morning, while she got there at 12.

"We have been standing here since 11am. She has been inside the pavilion for the last two hours. We have come here also to watch the UP pavilion, but this is really not done," said Ankush Aggarwal, one of the visitors at IITF.

Meanwhile, another interesting fact is that there were around six to seven cars following the CM in the pavilion, ignoring protocols set by ITPO, organisers of the event.

"Generally, any minister who visits the fair is supposed to travel in cars provided by ITPO. But, sometimes we allow them to take their cars inside as there are security issues. But getting six to seven cars into the venue is really poor management on part of security officials," said an ITPO official.

On the other hand, PC Sharma, general manager, ITPO said, "We cannot do anything about it. Usually, this is due to high security. But we do have our protocols regarding the matter. I won't be able to comment on the issue."
