Bringing joy through the streets of Meghalaya, the Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) has been declared MBOSE 12th Science Result and MBOSE 12th Commerce Result today, 9 May 2016 at 10 AM. This year, the Board is releasing the Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) Results 2016 for the Science, Commerce and Vocational Streams all together. Students, awaiting the Meghalaya 12th Result 2016, can now check it on the official websites megresults.nic.in and mbose.in as well as on the partner website meghalaya12.jagranjosh.com.

In comparison to the previous years, the Meghalaya Board has made the result checking process little easier and simpler this year. Now, one can easily get the MOBSE results on the partner websites as well.
For this, you simply need to follow these simple steps to get onto your MBOSE Result 2016:
* Step 1: Visit meghalaya12.jagranjosh.com
* Step 2: Fill out all the necessary details like Roll Number, Name, Mobile Number, Date of Birth and Email ID
* Step 3: Click on the ‘Submit’ Button
Once you are done with it, your result will be displayed on the computer screen automatically. You can simply download a copy or take a printout of the result mark-sheet from the website for future reference.
Bird's Eye View on Meghalaya Board Results 2015
Last year, the MBOSE Result was declared by the Meghalaya Board on 7 May 2015. The result witnessed increase in the Pass Percentage of the students. The female candidates secured an overall pass percentage of 78.42% in the regular category as compared to a pass percentage of 75.44% for the male candidates. However, males did better in the non-regular category, with a pass percentage 61.11% as compared to the pass percentage of 53.13% for the female candidates.
In the Commerce stream too, girls performed far better than boys with 81.03 pass percentage in the regular category, while the boys managed 71.16%. In the non-regular category, the pass percentage of female candidates was 62.50% while the pass percentage of the male candidates was 41.06%.
Surprisingly, only two schools Christian Academy Higher Secondary School and St. Peter’s Higher Secondary School out of 54 school in the entire State managed to secure 100% pass percentage in the Science stream.
While in the Commerce stream, five schools Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, Jaintia Eastern College, Loyola Higher Secondary School, Sacred Heart Girls’ Higher Secondary School and St. Margaret’s Higher Secondary School managed a 100 percent result.
