Michael Douglas's former wife has revealed that she agrees with him that their imprisoned son is being subjected to "barbaric treatment".
Diandra De Morrell Douglas said that their 34-year old son Cameron has been treated like an animal while in solitary confinement at the Cumberland Federal Prison in Maryland, TMZ.com reported.

She added that when he got out of solitary he couldn''t walk in the daylight, because his skin would burn because it couldn''t adapt after living in an underground hole for so long.
Cameron is currently serving 10 years sentence for heroin possession and conspiracy to distribute narcotics, and was placed under solitary confinement after he failed a drug test in prison.
