Microsoft Xbox 360 price slashed; cheaper than mid-range smartphone

Microsoft gaming console Xbox 360 is now selling for Rs 29990, which includes a 250GB HDD and the Kinect sensor.

For gamers, who do not fancy Kinect, the company is offering a 500GB Xbox 360 console, and two free games, namely Call of Duty: Black Ops II and Ghosts for Rs 19990.

However, Microsoft will provide the download codes for the games' digital versions instead of the phyiscal DVDs. Additionally, the company is throwing in a free 1-month Xbox Live Gold membership for free. A cheaper version of the Xbox 360 with 4GB storage, which is priced around Rs 12,000 is also being offered.

The Xbox 360 console is currently on sale in India for Rs 39990 through major online retail outlets and is already available through Microsoft’s dedicated Amazon India store at the new rates.
