MIley Cyrus reportedly pounced on the rumours that her 23-year-old fiance was spotted flirting with Emma Watson and leaving a party with January Jones in Los Angeles last month.
"The second Cyrus caught wind of Hemsworth being unfaithful, she took that as an opportunity to rip into him because he made her feel guilty all the time about her behaviour. But she never cheated on him," added the source.
According to the source, Hemsworth's PR firm has been trying to break them up for years.
