Millwall FC, trailing 0-1 scored a late equaliser and then showed better nerves in the crucial penalty shootout tie-breaker to overcome Bandra Packers 5-4 in the semi-final of the Men's Premier Division match of the 13th Bandra West Football Association (BWFA) League being played on the Dr Norman Lewis, Supari Talao Municipal Grounds, Bandra.
Packers were lucky to take the lead through an own goal scored by Millwall's defender Sheldon Crasto who in an attempt to avert danger headed the ball into his own net.
But Scott Tellis struck at the death heading home from a flag-kick to put Millwall on level terms and take the match to the tie-breaker. In the penalty shootout duel, Curt DeMello, Bradley Tellis, Brian Barnes and Sheldon Crasto were on target for Millwall FC, while Packers could only convert through Balram Yadav, Ranzie Kallicharan and Danish Qureshi.
