Minor fire breaks out near 24 Karat Theatre

A fire broke out at Bori compound, near 24 Karat theatre, Jogeshwari, last evening around 7.45 pm.

Officials from the Goregaon fire brigade immediately reached the spot following which fire tenders from Kandivli, Chincholi and Andheri reached the spot.u00a0

AH Sawant, assistant divisional officer, Goregaon fire station said, “It was not a major fire and we put it out in one hour. There were no casualties, as the place -- housing slums and commercial galas -- was empty. Officials are yet to determine the cause of the fire.u00a0
