Rajesh Chhabaria (45) had rammed his bike into the lawyer’s car, following which the duo had an argument. Later, Chhabaria and his family went to the lawyer’s home and allegedly abused, threatened, pushed and molested her. The lawyer registered an FIR and Chhabaria was booked under sections 141, 143, 323, 354 (b), and 392, of the IPC.

Though Chhabaria got bail, he was supposed to report to the police station twice a day. But cops informed the Ulhasnagar Court that he had failed to do so, based on which the court cancelled his bail and remanded him to police custody for three days. “We’ve arrested him under several sections,” said SI Avinash Mokashi.
