New Delhi: Schaumburg-based device maker Motorola Mobility is likely to launch the new generation of its hot-seller Moto X and Moto G on July 28 as the company has already sent out invites for a 'launch event'.
Earlier, e-commerce major Flipkart had reportedly leaked the specifications of the upcoming Motorola's smartphone Moto G (Third-Generation) with 8GB internal storage.
Flipkart, however, deleted the listing in no time after technology blog GadgetRaid reported it with a screenshot.
Recently, Motorola launched Moto G 2015 4G in the international markets with 5-inch IPS display with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution and 294ppi pixel density. It is clocked at Qualcomm Snapdragon 400, 1.2 GHz quad-core processor complimented by 1 GB worth of RAM.
However, the Moto G 2015 gets an internal storage capacity of 16GB, externally upgradable to 32GB through a microSD card. Moto G device also features a 4G enabled modem.
Motorola Mobility stopped its services in India in 2012 and later re-entered the market with range of entry level smartphones to re-establish its base in 2013. They first launched Moto G and it was later followed by successful launch of Moto E and Moto X.
